1 Algemeen

1.1 From website https://www.metafleet.be (from "Website") wordt ter beschikking gesteld aan de bezoeker door de Mobile Systems Europe bv, een onderneming onder Belgisch recht met maatschappelijke zetel te 1030 Schaarbeek, Paleizenstraat 44/52 en ingeschreven in de Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen onder het ondernemingsnummer 0879.633.414, info@mseurope.be, (hierna "Mobile Systems Europe").

1.2 Huidige privacy policy (from "Privacy Policy("Mobile Systems Europe") is the sole owner of the Website's Terms of Use and informs the user of the terms and conditions under which Mobile Systems Europe provides services to individuals who have been granted access to the Website or who are entitled to receive such services from the user on the Website.

Mobile Systems Europe informs the user about the Terms of Use of the Website and how to surf the Website.

Mobile Systems Europe is the owner of the people's rights and is responsible for monitoring the application of the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in association with the rights of the people's rights and on the right of access to the property of those persons (the "AVG") en elke andere toepasselijke bepaling van het Unierecht of van het nationaal recht van lidstaten in verband met de bescherming van persoonsgegevens, en meer bepaald, inzake de vertrouwelijkheid en de veiligheid van deze gegevens.

2 Verwerking van persoonsgegevens door Mobile Systems Europe

2.1 Mobile Systems Europe sells people who have been sent to the website (via the contact form) or who are willing to be sent by the website owner (via the contact form).

2.1.1 Legitieme rechtsgrond. The use of personal information by the user (both when the user is using the website and when he/she wishes to use a contact form, or when he/she sends an e-mail to Mobile Systems Europe) is governed by the following rules:

2.1.2 Verwerkingsdoeleinden. Mobile Systems Europe verwerkt persoonsgegevens van de bezoeker van de Website voor doeleinden van:

  • het beheer van de Website en van het aanbieden van informatie, alsook advies ten aanzien van mogelijk cliënteel; en
  • direct marketing in prospecting.

2.1.3 Categorieën persoonsgegevens. 2.1.4 Bewaartermijn. De persoonsgegevens worden bewaard:

2.2 De persoonsgegevens van de bezoeker kunnen in bepaalde omstandigheden mogelijks aan derden en verwerkers van Mobile Systems Europe worden doorgegeven.

2.1.1 Derden

Mobile Systems Europe also provides personal information for direct marketing purposes.

Mobile Systems Europe can provide the customer with information about the products and services they require:

  • wegens een wettelijke bepaling of wanneer Mobile Systems Europe betrokken is bij de verkoop of de koop van een vennootschap of activa;
  • for the use of the website's user manuals and other overheads;
  • voor de bescherming van rechten, eigendom of veiligheid van Mobile Systems Europe, haar cliënteel of anderen.

Mobile Systems Europe is the guarantor for the use of personal data by other people. The use is always subject to the responsibility of the user. In the event of a dispute or a serious error, the parties should refer to the relevant authorities.

2.2.2 Verwerkers

Mobile Systems Europe provides services to suppliers (such as IT infrastructure, servers located in the Netherlands) who supply the people for their own use and in accordance with the instructions of Mobile Systems Europe. In this respect, Mobile Systems Europe shall ensure that all necessary measures are taken to guarantee the integrity of these services. In order to ensure that the contracting parties are free to participate in the European Economic Area, they must make sure that they have an adequate level of protection (including contractual clauses that can be sent by e-mail to info@mseurope.be).

 

3 Cookies

3.1 Mobile Systems Europe uses cookies for its website. These are small pieces of information that are sent to the user's hard drive via the website's server by browsing and that allow for the use of specific or definitive information that will allow the user to check, check and personalise the website.

3.2 In order to cover the personal cookies, the user can choose the right option as described in the AVG.

4 Recht op inzage, rectificatie, gegevenswissing, overdraagbaarheid, verzet, beperking en herroeping van toestemming

4.1 Overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de AVG, heeft de bezoeker de volgende rechten:

  • kosteloos te verzoeken inzage te verkrijgen in zijn persoonsgegevens;
  • kosteloos te verzoeken om zijn onjuiste of onvolledige persoonsgegevens te laten rectificeren;
  • te verzoeken zijn persoonsgegevens te wissen.

  • zijn persoonsgegevens te verkrijgen of ze te laten doorsturen naar een andere verwerkingsverantwoordelijke in een gestructureerde, gangbare en machineleesbare vorm; en

4.2 Indien de bezoeker een van bovenstaande rechten wenst in te roepen dient hij contact op te nemen met de klantendienst van Mobile Systems Europe per e-mail gericht aan info@mseurope.be.

4.3 In elk geval heeft de bezoeker eveneens het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Belgische Autoriteit voor Gegevensbescherming (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel - contact@apd-gba.be).
